Resolve in the Cockpit
Route: /cockpit — the Orbit Command Center
1. Why this page exists
/cockpit is not a Resolve route, but Resolve contributes surface to it. For many people it is
where they first see Resolve data each morning — and for an approver it may be the only Resolve
surface they ever use.
2. The Orbit Resolve tile
A BentoGrid card named Orbit Resolve, described as "Open tickets, SLA risk, your queue and approvals", with a lifebuoy icon. Clicking it opens the Resolution Queue — or, for a user with only the approvals permission, the approvals screen.

Each stat is clickable and navigates into the matching Resolve view.
There is no separate widget setting. Hold tickets.view and the ticket stats appear; hold
requests.approve and the approvals stat appears; hold neither and the tile is absent. Someone
who "cannot find the Resolve widget" is missing the permission, not a configuration.
3. Service Catalog Approvals section
A full Cockpit section rendering pending approvals as cards — request title, item key and project —
with Approve and Reject driven by the workflow's APPROVE / REJECT transitions. Gated on
Approve or Reject Service Request.
This is why an approver may never open Resolve: the whole decision can be made here. See Approvals.
No screenshot is published for this page yet. The tile did not render on the demo account used for capture — most likely no Resolve summary data was available for the selected project — and the fallback capture showed colleagues' names in an adjacent Cockpit widget, so it was discarded rather than published. The behaviour above is verified against the Cockpit source; only the image is missing.

5. Troubleshooting
