Page blocks

1. What a page block is
A reusable fragment of storefront content, authored once and placed on many pages.
This route has no RBAC module of its own
page-blocks sits under the storefront's route prefix but has no module row in the e-Commerce
category — it is governed by the page permissions. It is one of two such routes; the other is
credit notes, which belongs to Finance.

Blocks are content fragments; where they appear is decided by the pages that include them.
