1. What this section covers
The default paper an order prints on, and what the fulfilment station is called.
Small, and easy to get wrong in a way nobody notices until a busy service: a receipt formatted for A4 sent to a thermal roll wastes the roll, and one formatted for 58mm on A4 prints a stripe.

The five receipt formats

a4_3col is the one people missThree receipts to a sheet, cut apart — designed for handing over at a gate or counter without a thermal printer. On a store printing dozens of small orders a day it is the difference between one sheet and three.
